2020 - WEST LONDON (UK) - UNPAID B TO B -
A French seafood processing company suddenly sees one of its regular customers interrupting its payments after a very large order. Our employee goes to the headquarters of the English company and negotiates a schedule. After a resumption of payments, the company defaults again. Our study implements a "STATUTORY DEMAND" procedure and finally obtains the payment of the balance of the file .
2020 - ROTTERDAM (NETHERLANDS) - SALE PRICE OF AN UNPAID CAR -
An individual sells his old car to a foreign collector domiciled in ROTTERDAM who does not pay for it. The recovery of debts abroad is always more complicated. Very often, the debtor allows himself to act much more casually than if you were closer to him. We are launching the European order for payment procedure provided for by Regulation (EC) n ° 1896/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006. The case is fully closed without any hearing before the General Court having been necessary. .
2019 - RABAT (MOROCCO) - DIVORCE and UNPAID COMPENSATION -
A couple separate and divorce. The wife remains in France and the husband in Morocco where he continues to receive his French pension without paying the compensation for which he is liable under the terms of the divorce judgment.
