Forced recovery

UNPAID BILLS

UNPAID COMMERCIAL RENTS
An owner collects himself the rents of a room operated by a bakery. He has an authentic lease and the tenant no longer pays.
He hands over the lease to our office with a debt statement. Without any referral to the Court having been previously necessary, we seize the Bakery's bank accounts. The file is closed within a few weeks.
OWNER OF AN APARTMENT WITH INDELICAT TENANT
